Brian is an experienced CEO with 20+ years’ international experience and a proven track record in the IT & Telecom sector. Prior to Play2Pay™ he was Founder & Managing Director of a UK based, multi-national SaaS provider to Tier-1 wireless carriers and has deployment experience with wireless carriers worldwide. Brian started Play2Pay™ based on his vision that prepaid mobile phone users should have an alternative way to pay for their mobile phone service and that wireless carriers would adopt an ad-funded commercial model. He has a passion for traveling and has visited more than 60 countries, and in his spare time enjoys golf, piano and chess.

Rodolfo is a data driven and accomplished professional, experienced in building winning cross-functional and multicultural teams. With vast experience in defining and scoping B2B services with embedded IT tools, and positioning them by highlighting its value creation to customers. Committed and results oriented, Rodolfo will find the way to create and deliver value to customers by leveraging all resources available through collaborative problem solving. With over 15 years of experience creating and growing businesses for companies of all sizes, from young startups to a new division in a $30B company. Rodolfo found in Play2Pay™ a compelling vision of materializing ad-based free mobile service to the masses. He is passionate about his family and enjoys golf, skiing and sailing.

Jason has 20+ years of CS industry experience working for industry leaders like Microsoft, Nintendo, and Adobe. Additionally Jason has worked in several successful startups including WildTangent, Monolith Games, and Punch Networks. At Microsoft he worked on such key technologies as DirectX, ChromeFX, SOAP, and Web Services, including the 1.2 specification for SOAP and writing the original MSDN Web Services SDK. In 2008 Jason co-founded AffectImage a startup focused on machine learning algorithms to compute effectiveness and audience relevance for ad valuation, where the core IP was acquired by Microsoft and used in the Bing Ads Platform. Jason is also an avid gamer, martial artist, and father. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Having worked in game publishing and ad distribution for years he knows ad revenue makes the digital world go round.

Rich has over 20 years of experience in scaling software, systems, and teams in numerous industries including healthcare, retail, e-commerce. Rich served as VP of Software Engineering at Chewy, the fastest growing e-commerce company in history where he grew the customer experience team from 20 to 80+ FTEs, supporting continued explosive growth, resulting in a successful IPO. Rich found in Play2Pay™ a compelling vision of delivering free mobile services to the world. He is passionate about his family and enjoys traveling, gaming and "science sundays" with his son.

Chris Liveing is an experienced CMO/Business Development Director with over 25 years’ experience and a proven UK and international track record in the Telecoms and IT sectors – Tesco Mobile, Lycamobile, O2, Sky TV. Chris was CMO for the launch of Tesco Mobile and most recently was Group Marketing Director at Lycamobile with responsibility for marketing across Lycamobile’s 18 country footprint. Chris loves an innovative start up and joined Play2Pay™ to make possible the vision of a free mobile service for Play2Pay™’s customers. He is a keen cyclist and regularly raises money for the Action Medical Research charity, and can also be found enjoying theatre, travel, rugby and football.

Alex is based in the UK and has 20+ years’ experience in commercial roles in the Mobile, Search and SaaS sectors. He has helped over 10 early stage companies scale-up internationally including Maxtouch, the first mobile phone operator in India and Shazam. Alex has an MBA from Cass Business School. Alex joined Play2Pay™ to launch the Lycarewards service in the UK and also manages Play2Pay™’s network of advertising partners. In his spare time he enjoys paddle tennis, kayaking and hiking.

Daria has over 10 years’ experience in the accounting industry, working with startup companies; implementing GAAP and SOX procedures. Daria spent 4 years working with eSecuritel a Brightstar Company where she started as the Staff Accountant and grew to a Senior Accountant. In 2020 Daria joined Play2Pay™ as the Financial Controller as she found Play2Pay™ concept innovative while offering the one thing she believes all consumers love - cash rewards. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spoiling her nephew.
