The Marketing Growth Associate role is a key hire to help scale our partner business reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing. This position is full-time, and includes a competitive package.

Skills & Qualifications
The role would suit an ambitious, hands-on individual who has already made their mark running digital campaigns as well as having experience working with partners and customer data. The ideal candidate is now looking for wider responsibility and the chance to grow.
3+ years business experience with at least 1 year in growth marketing or digital media buying.
Demonstrable recent experience directly driving revenue uplift for a market leading mobile app, ecommerce website, or travel website.
A passion for analytics to drive KPIs.
Is a Creative thinker and enjoys creative ideation
Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms such as One Signal, Braze & Leanplum is a plus Hands on experience in setting up and monitoring campaigns.
Fluent in English and Bahasa.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
User Growth
Manage and optimize onboarding and retention campaigns leveraging in-app and push notification channels.
Continuous reviews and optimization of pricing, promotions and business rules related to End User redemption options.
Analyze performance, define relevant KPIs and measure ROI of all marketing activities.
Put together creative briefs for campaigns, work with designers and set up marketing campaigns, A/B testing.
Ensure that growth targets are met through effective marketing.
Client Implementation & Success
Support the implementation of New Service Partners
Support the management of existing and new clients to meet KPI targets
Ensure that Net Revenue Margin targets are being delivered through effective management and optimization
Customer Support & App Store Reviews
Manage user tickets and app store review response
Design processes and SLAs (with partners) to streamline customer support process
Implement Customer Support reporting dashboards to support regular standups and management meetings
Manage third party partners with respect to Customer Support
